Apex handles industrial powder coating for manufacturers, steel fabricators, contractors, and equipment suppliers throughout Western Washington. Our facility is equipped for large and heavy parts — including parts up to 30 feet long and components requiring our 8,000 lb floor lift.
Surface preparation method depends on your part: parts within tank dimensions go through our five-stage zirconization line; larger or heavily corroded parts are sandblasted in our dedicated 40 × 15 ft blast room. We'll confirm the right approach when you contact us.
We work with a range of powder chemistries including polyester, epoxy, epoxy-polyester hybrid, and urethane. FDA food-contact rated and AWWA potable-water rated powder products are available — confirm suitability for your specific application with us.
